Our Vision

Health & Safety

Because the health and safety of our employees is a priority for us, proactive management of occupational risks is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the MASE standards. This system allows us to raise awareness, audit and implement new and ever more efficient methods with regard to the safety of our employees.

In all of the group's entities, multiple awareness-raising, training and support actions are deployed in an operational manner, thus contributing to the development of a health and safety culture. Regular audits are carried out on our sites to detect anomalies and we strive to eliminate the risks to which our employees are exposed on the sites.

Environment

At Boulet Bâtiment we conduct our business with an environmental awareness. We try to avoid pollution on our sites by installing water treatment systems on concrete skips. We protect the environment in which we operate by complying with the regulations in place and in particular by sorting waste. We strive to maintain and continuously improve our environmental management system.

On the roof of its headquarters in Azincourt, Boulet Bâtiment has installed 2000m² of solar panels. Some of the electricity generated by these panels is used as a power supply in the workshop of Boulet Metal.

We also collect rainwater for cleaning our vehicles.

Dry Sector and Recycling

Boulet Métal, specializing in the manufacturing of metal construction, has the advantage of belonging to the dry sector: the framework is manufactured in the factory, in "masked time".

All that remains is to assemble on site like a large precision Meccano, which significantly reduces the lead time of our projects. When we speak of dry sector it also means that little technical equipment is needed on site thus contributing to the reduction of pollution. The assembly of the metal structures is carried out mainly by bolting thus generating very little site noise and waste.

Contrary to popular belief, metal is an environmentally friendly material :

Around 12 tonnes of steel are recycled around the world every second, or about 700 tonnes per minute.

A metal frame construction also has the advantage of being dismantled cleanly at the end of the building's life, without the production of waste, while simplifying the separation of materials and their orientation towards recycling channels.
